Naturelly Me Penalty Fee

Winning!

I believe in rewards and consequences. That’s not mean, that’s how progress work.

A comical drawing of Shirlene, African American woman with army uniform on and leg up blocking door. She is holding sign says "pay up or keep out" with party people in room behind. "You just gotta suck it up!!" caption below her.

A favorite gratitude gift, depicting my unexpected volunteering.. Fortunately, I never had to put my leg up, but I would have and they knew it!

Accountability

Supervising, parenting, and training military officers, civilians, and students, I have a track record  that proves accountability works. Some things I ask you to do may seem small. Others may seem completely ridiculous. Change often shows up as uncomfortable and unorthodox.

GOALS

I’ve used bonuses, awards, innovative techniques, and recognition programs for years. Your reward here is much better: more confidence, sharper focus, greater resilience, increased motivation,  personal growth, and finally getting your life challenge in a chokehold.

Consequences

In nature there are neither rewards nor punishments; there are consequences. — Robert Green Ingersoll

Empowering Stories

Strategies that speak volumes with tailor made plans that motivate.  Get an insight into their experiences.

A high school teacher once called me about my daughter’s poor behavior (which was rare). She then provided me with a one-hour full-body massage, so I could be relaxed in the conference call. I never received another behavioral call.   Coincidence? You decide. My cousin called it childl abuse. I called it teacher and parent restituttion.  Kids should not put parents on Stressame Street.

Leadership MOTIVATES

One nursing student asked me “Do you know why we come to class and your classes are full?” I said, “Because you’re supposed to.” She replied, “No, because you’re strict, funny, and we learn a lot.”   I’ll take that…and yes, my civilian students did penalty calisthenics too (of course I did it with them!).💦

engaging

Barefoot African American tree spirits in Forest with dirty, torn blue jeans in black and white tshirts are holding a canvas bag. Strong looking tree spirtits and the words Naturellyme.com, Life Strategist on bag. Tshirts have tree spirits on the front.

If I don’t get the penalty picture, your name will be added to the “I Am An Excusepreneur” list!  Chat GPT said “Excuse whore ” was too mean.  Homework is 2 hours or less, per session.

Excusepreneurs are one of my pet peeves. If you have an excuse, at least make it creative.  One of my favorites…”I was late because it is 100 degrees and the streets expanded, adding 5 minutes to my drive.”

Make it funny. Entertain me. I’ve heard hundreds of ratty excuses for over 30 years and I don’t want to hear that claptrap and hornswaggle again!

Let’s succeed together so neither of us has to find out what written ghetto-style counseling statement looks like. 😏
